Update on NPO Membership
Effective May 1, 2009
When you join or renew your NPO membership in November 2009 your membership will include MSMS membership, County Medical Society dues and $100 credit for MOA membership all rolled into one yearly fee.
The NPO Board of Directors unanimously approved a partnership with Michigan State Medical Society (MSMS) at the April 6, 2009 Board of Directors Meeting.
Annual membership dues, only $250 paid to NPO, will now include the following:
- Full MSMS membership for the year. ($499 value)
- Full medical county membership for one year. (Value based on individual county)
- $100 credit for membership to MOA by request. .
How to join
At the regular meeting of the Board of Directors on Northern
Physicians Organization, Inc. (NPO) held on September 12,
2005, The Board of Directors (BOD) unanimously passed a new
membership program.
Membership Criteria
Effective January 1, 2006 the membership program allows for
NPO Membership through annual dues of $250.00 per year without
having to acquire shares in, or become a Shareholder on NPO.
Professional Entities Membership
In case of NPO Shareholders which are business entities, each
physician that owns, or is employed by an NPO Shareholder
is required to apply to participate in NPO s an "NPO
Member"
The Board has considered various ways to maintain and increase
participation in NPO and the programs and benefits it offers.
The Board believes that participation will be increased if
physicians are provided an opportunity to participate as "NPO
Members" in NPO programs without having to acquire shares
in, or become a Shareholder of NPO.

- print and complete both forms.
- Return completed forms to the address below with your $250 annual membership fee.
