James A. Christopherson is NPO’s attorney. Mr. Christopherson specializes in healthcare law and representing physicians and physician groups. Mr. Christopherson has been NPO’s attorney since it was reorganized in the early 1990s. He is available to assist NPO members, the PAACs and NPO administration on contract negotiations, employment issues, antitrust issues, Stark and anti-kickback problems, corporate issues, HIPAA compliance and other legal issues facing physicians and physician offices.
